SNCJAH LLC reserves the right to refuse service. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. SNCJAH LLC is not responsible for misuse of any product sold on this site.
Returns & Refunds
All SNCJAH sales are final. Each 000.00 pipe is hand-cast in limited quantities and never restocked. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your pipe arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sncjahcore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review every claim and make it right.

The 000.00 is a hand-crafted smoking pipe intended for use with legal smoking materials only. By purchasing from SNCJAH you acknowledge that you have read and understood all product information and assume full responsibility for safe and lawful use.
SNCJAH LLC is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. The glass bowl component reaches high temperatures during use — handle with care and allow to cool completely before touching or storing.
SNCJAH LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law. In no event shall SNCJAH LLC's liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Shipping Policy
SNCJAH ships to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Orders ship within the same week (5-7 business days) of purchase via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise communicated directly with the buyer. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, these are the responsibility of the buyer. Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships. SNCJAH LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once the package has been handed over for shipment.
